We are excited to introduce our Comfort Club Memberships, which will help us ensure timely and proper maintenance of your cooling systems and provide you with additional savings and access to manufacturer warranties.
Like any machine, your heating and cooling system requires periodic maintenance to ensure proper functioning, efficiency, and longevity. Additionally, manufacturers condition equipment warranties on the receipt of preventive maintenance in accordance with their required specifications.
We invite you to participate in our Comfort Club Membership Program. Benefits include:
- One/Two Clean & Tunes per year
- 15% Discount on all repairs, including diagnostic fees
- Guaranteed “front of the line service,” meaning priority status on service calls
During each Clean & Tune, we will inspect all major components of your heating and cooling system, assess efficiency, air flow, and perform a host of manufacturer-required cleanings, all of which are designed to enhance the overall functioning and operation of your system and ensure your access to all available manufacturer warranties in cases of system failure.
Comfort Club Memberships are sold on a per system basis. This is necessary because each HVAC system within your home operates independently and is subject to its own 30-point inspection during each Clean & Tune. Accordingly, if your residence has more than one HVAC system, you will need a Club Membership for each system. For homes with multiple HVAC systems, each Comfort Club Membership will show up as a separate transaction on your credit card statement.

If you choose to participate in the Comfort Club Membership Program, we will gather your credit card information to be billed monthly or annually. However, cash and checks are also accepted if you choose to pay on an annual basis.
